Community ApproachMindfulness Everyday programs are based on the principles of the MBSR workshop, an 8-week program created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979. Our approach is to delivery trauma-sensitive and social and emotional learning workshops, courses and programsin educational and community settings, that are interactive, engaging and highly participatory, focusing on self-care and creating community. Supporting YouWe offer a variety of programs, courses and resources desinged to support you in your personal journey, fostering well-being, developing authentic self-care skills, and supporting meaningful releationships and connections. We provide programs for adults and teens in community settings, both online and in-person. The Benefits of MindfulnessConsistent and ongoing practices in mindfulness provide positive mental health and wellness benefits that teach and improve stress management, self-care, resilience, concentration, executive functioning, and positive habits of mind.
