The Mindful Minute: Give Your Brain a Break

In the Spring of 2013, an initiative was launched to provide all students of R.H. King Academy in Scarbourgh a chance to take a break by playing a guided breathing practice over the PA.

When did you last take any time at all to do nothing? No emailing, no internet, not chatting. There's a new trend in some classrooms aimed to incorporate Mindfulness as daily practice. Our producer Peter Mitton takes us on a trip inside ourselves.
